the hotel boasts a pool bar , a total win! housekeeping visited daily to ensure everything stayed super clean. the bed was super comfy , guaranteeing restful sleep after full days.
the towels felt a bit rough and small , i think they could use an upgrade.

The room was spacious. The attached cafe has available outside seating. The location is good and air conditioning was quiet. Breakfast, location and staff friendliness are all positive features.
The pool did appear quite dirty. There also were not many clean towels. Plates with food had been left out.

the staff were helpful! i got accessories such as cotton buds and sleepers, i was very happy. they also kept my big luggage while i went on a trip, it was beyond expectation!
ants were many in the room. hot water also was a problem in the bathroom, it was quite annoying.

the front desk staff were mostly adequate .
The condition of my room was substandard. There were visible stains on the mattress and parts of the floor was dusty. the windows did not seal properly, which let in noise and mosquitoes, and temperature regulation was difficult without constant air conditioning. the bathroom was cramped and presented safety concerns due to a slippery floor and a narrow entrance.
